In June and July, building C of the Meteor Centre Office Park administrative complex will welcome three new tenants. The companies Broadridge Czech Republic, Otidea and BEL Sýry Česko will move into the first-class office spaces, located in close proximity to the B line metro station Křižíková. "There is currently a lot of interest in leasing offices in Meteor Centre, which has also been confirmed by the signing of three new lease agreements for a total area of 1,300 m². So far we have rented out nearly half of the office space capacity," says Pavel Semrád, Asset Management Director at CPI Property Group for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Meteor Centre Office Park, which is located in the prestigious office location of Prague 8 at the corner of Sokolovská and Thámova Streets, is a major magnet for companies. Its excellent accessibility by road and public transport and its attractive location were the main reasons why Broadridge and Otidea have chosen it. Besides the lucrative location, the complex also offers the flexibility of office spaces based on each tenant's wishes, a refreshing design and for certain tenants also a pleasant terrace. Bel Sýry Česko expects its relocation to a modern new building to create a more pleasant and more comfortable work environment for its employees.
"The biggest attractors for us are the modern premises, which we have had customised. For our clients, we are also opening new, large and exclusive training rooms, which will be more suitable for training and courses than the premises on Wenceslas Square. Another advantage is the prestigious location near the Vltava River and excellent accessibility by road and public transport," explains Tomáš Langr, Otidea's director. The extraordinary quality of the services abundantly fulfils current demands for work environments and lifestyle. The Meteor Centre project also includes business units and residential units for rent, which combine comfortable living for managers with a pleasant view of the city centre.
